Chapter 1 General Rules
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the terms and conditions of use and procedures for all services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by this site (hereinafter referred to as "company").
Article 2 (Definition)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.
1. User: A person who receives services provided by entrepreneurs in accordance with these terms and conditions
2. Use contract: A contract concluded between a company and a user in relation to service use
3. Subscription: The act of filling in the relevant information on the application form provided by the entrepreneur and completing the service use contract by agreeing to these terms and conditions
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership on this site
5. User number (ID): A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the entrepreneur for member identification and member service use (only one ID can be issued for one resident registration number)
6. PASSWORD: A combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect member information
7. Discontinuation of use: An expression of intention by a company or member to terminate the use contract after using the service
Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
Members may request membership withdrawal (cancellation) if they do not agree to the changed terms and conditions, and if they continue to use the service without expressing their intention to refuse even after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the terms and conditions. .
① These terms and conditions become effective by posting on the service screen, notice board, or other means.
② The company may change the contents of these terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and the changed terms and conditions will be announced on the service screen. It is considered.
③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may stop using the service and cancel his or her membership registration. .
Article 4 (applicable regulations)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, Telecommunications Business Act and other related laws.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Establishment of contract of use)
The use contract is established with the company's consent to the user's application for use and the user's consent to the terms and conditions.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Application for use can be made by recording personal information in the application form requested by the company on the member information screen of the service.
Article 7 (Approval of Application for Use)
① When a member applies for use by accurately filling out all the details in the application form, the application for use of the service is accepted unless there are special circumstances.
② In the following cases, we may not accept use.
1. When you did not apply with your real name
2. When applying using another person's name
3. If the contents of the application for use are falsely written
4. When applying for the purpose of hindering social well-being, order or morals
5. When other entrepreneurs do not meet the requirements for application for use
Article 8 (Changes in contract terms)
Members must amend the information entered at the time of application for use if it has changed, and the member is responsible for any problems arising from failure to do so.
Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Company's Obligation)
The company does not disclose or distribute the member's personal information known in relation to service provision to a third party without the member's consent. However, this is not the case when there is a request from a state agency under the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, for the purpose of investigating a crime, or when there is a request according to procedures stipulated by other related laws.
Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
① Members must not engage in any of the following acts when using the service.
1. Illegal use of another member's ID
2. Acts of duplicating, publishing, or providing information obtained from the service to a third party
3. Infringement of other rights, such as copyrights of companies and copyrights of third parties
4. Distributing content that violates public order and morals
5. Acts that are objectively judged to be related to crime
6. Acts that violate other related laws
② Members cannot conduct business activities using the service, and the company is not responsible for the results of using the service for business activities.
③ Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide it as collateral.

Chapter 4 Using Services
Article 11 (Obligations of Members)
① Members are responsible for the maintenance of their e-mail, bulletin board, registration data, etc. as needed.
② Members cannot arbitrarily delete or change the data provided by the company.
③ Members must not register content that violates public order and morals on the company's homepage or that infringes other rights, such as copyrights of third parties. If such content is posted, the member is responsible for all consequences.
Article 12 (Management and deletion of posts)
For efficient service operation, the member's memory space, message size, number of storage days, etc. may be limited, and registered information may be deleted without prior notice if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
1. In the case of content that slanders other members or third parties or damages the reputation through slander
2. If the content violates public order and morals
3. In the case of content that is recognized as being related to criminal activity
4. In case of content that infringes other rights, such as the copyright of the company or the copyright of a third party
5. If a member posts pornography on the company's homepage or bulletin board or links to a pornographic site
6. If it is judged to be in violation of other related laws and regulations
Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of the post belongs to the publisher himself, and members cannot commercially use the material posted on the service, such as processing or selling information obtained using the service.
Article 14 (Service Hours)
In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special obstacle in business or technology. However, this is not the case when reasons such as regular inspections occur.
Article 15 (Service Use Responsibility)
Hacking, links to obscene sites, illegal distribution of commercial software, etc. must not be performed using the service, and the company shall not be held liable for the results and losses of business activities and legal actions by related organizations, etc. It doesn't.
Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The provision of the service may be suspended in the following cases.
1. In case of unavoidable circumstances due to construction such as maintenance of service facilities
2. In case the telecommunications service is suspended by the telecommunications service provider as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act
3. When system maintenance is required
4. In case of other force majeure reasons
Chapter 5 Contract Termination and Restrictions
Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Restriction on Use)
① When a member wishes to terminate the use contract, the member himself/herself must apply for cancellation through the Internet, and the company will take action after confirming the identity.
② If a member commits an act that falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the company must notify the user at least 30 days prior to the cancellation action and give the customer an opportunity to express their opinion.
1. In case of stealing another person's user ID and password
2. In case of intentionally interfering with service operation
3. In case of falsely applying for membership
4. In case the same user double-registered with different ID
5. In the case of distributing content that is detrimental to public order and morals
6. In the event of damaging or disadvantageous to the reputation of others
7. In the case of transmitting a large amount of information or advertising information for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the service
8. Distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information
9. In case of violating the intellectual property rights of companies or other members or third parties
10. Illegal use of other people's personal information, user ID and password
11. If a member posts pornography on his/her homepage or bulletin board, or links to a pornographic site
12. If it is judged to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
Chapter 6 Other
Article 18 (Transfer Prohibition)
Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or the position under the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide it as collateral.
Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
The company shall not be liable for any damages incurred to members in relation to the service provided free of charge, except for damages caused by the company's intentional or gross negligence.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
① Companies are exempted from responsibility for providing services if they are unable to provide services due to natural disasters, war or other force majeure.
② Companies are exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
③ The company is not responsible for any obstacles in using the service due to reasons attributable to the member.
④ The company is not responsible for the profits that members expect from using the service or damages caused by data obtained through the service.
⑤ The company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data, and facts posted by members on the service.
Article 21 (Competent Court)
If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the exclusive competent court.
